 Connecting to servers on private network after VPN connection completed
DNS server, Private networks, Server management, VPN, Windows Server 2003, WINS server, WINS server IP addresses
I can connect to a private network using my VPN client. I get a private network IP address. I am not given a private network default gateway, but it know the DNS server and WINS server IP addresses. I cannot ping either DNS or WINS or any of my servers. I'm running on a Windows Server 2003 box with SP2 applied. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

A few questions:
What VPN client are you using?
Is your VPN host/gateway your Windows 2003 SP 2 server???
Give more info on the Windows BOX….i.e. is it the DHCP server, DNS server, Wins…etc…
