Happy new year! Need some help please! We are trying to make Disney Circle device to work at our home. We already have Telus fiber router actiontec T3200M (provided and installed by Telus)which is NOT compatible with Circle. I heard possible solution would be to connect second compatible router. I am wondering if I get the cheapest compatible router and connect it to mine, will it affect the quality of my home Wi-Fi? Thank you so much in advance! [g] ON ACTIONTEC T3200M AND ASSOCIATED ROUTERS Unfortunately, the Actiontec T3200M and a few routers that utilize its chipset (this includes the Bell Home Hub 3000 and Sagemcom Fast 5566) are incompatible with the Circle device, because it has a feature that interferes with the Circle device's operation. This feature is called "Fast Path Packet Acceleration", and cannot be turned off in the router's configuration. We apologize for the inconvenience; there is no workaround at this time.
Software/Hardware used: Actiontec T3200M, Disney circle
