My PC is connected to my firewall and the firewall is connected to the internet. In the firewall, I have implemented static NAT from my PC. I'm now accessing Google. What will be the source IP, destination IP, source MAC, destination MAC, source port and destination port?

If you are accessing Google, then the destination IP would be a Google IP address (ping www.google.com to see it), the destination port would be 80, and the destination MAC will be unknown to you.

The source IP would probably be that of your firewall, and the source port will be some almost-random and practically irrelevant to you, port number.
