how to connect sys as sysdba in toad software and in isqlplus.
When i tried in isqlplus and in toad by connecting as
"sys as sysdba" i got the error. please give me a solution.

In Toad, type sys in the User/Schema textbox, it's password in the Password textbox and change the Connect As dropdown to be SYSDBA.
You cannot log into isqlplus as sys as sysdba. You will get an error SP2-0927 - CONNECT AS SYSDBA OR AS SYSOPER not allowed through iSQL*Plus URL.
