I had a client who was considering changing to DSL to save money but they couldn&#039;t because the provider couldn&#039;t guarantee any level of service. Keep that in mind. A WIndows Server running a PPTP VPN via Routing and Remote Access works like a charm - and it&#039;s &quot;free&quot;.]]></description>
