Hi all...Needs some advices on Connect Direct issue. I have tried setting on the WRKSPLMONE with using DSTFILE *SPLF and *GEN parameter. However, the results received at Windows naming convention are not ideal. The formal parameter will have naming as what base on the iSeries report file name. The latter parameter will auto-generate an unique running numbers. I need to have a naming convention whereby I can prefixed the first 4 or 5 characters and the remaining can be anything; ie "ACCOPNxxx1" and "ACCOPNxxx2". Is there any way on doing it or it is a limitation in this instance. Thanks!

Another quick question, anyone knows whether will there be any issue if both iseries CD version is not the same but can still transfer file via Secure plus? for instance from CD3.6 sending file to CD3.7?
