How to confirm whether the file has fully transmitted from source system(say mainframe) to iseries. I know how to check manually using wrkoutq. Mainframe is transmitting FileA to iseries. File transmission itself will take 1 hour to complete or sometimes may take upto 2 hours. iseries job should trigger once the entire file is received, otherwise it will process with partial data. Thanks

The mainframe will have to send some signal that indicates it is finished sending. Without a signal, there is no way that the iSeries can know if the transmission was temporarily interrupted or not and there is only "partial data". -- Tom
