OK… there are only so many reasons that the server would stop sending those notifications… double check to make sure your server…the one running the resource reservation databas… is not having any mail related errors or stacking up dead emails in its mail.box(s). Also, make sure that no one in particular owns the resource and now has to approve reservations.
Other than that it should be working. If it isn’t you might try replacing the design on your resource reservation database to repair any corrupted or missing agents.

I had a similar problem on one of my Domino servers, I even created another Resource reservation database, but still no notification were sent. It wasn’t until I restarted the server ‘OS’ and Domino did the notifications start to be sent again.
