Configuring Outlook 2003 For users Through Group Policy

Hello, I have a group of about 120+ users who sometimes jump desks. I need to be able to automatically configure the Outlook 2003 profile for each user that logs onto a computer, without doing it manually each time. Thank you! Edward Benson

It’s easy to do this with roaming profiles. The profile for each user is stored on the server (in whatever directory you define for it) and moves with them wherever they log on. The profile stores the Exchange settings, cookies, favorites, desktop items, etc. Here’s a handy link that shows you how:
