 Configuring a Users Outlook / Exchange Profile via a Group Policy or a Script
I want to be able to configre a Users Outlook / Exchange Profile each time a users Logs on to a computer in our network using either a Group Policy or a Script. How can I do this? Thanks for taking the time to read my question. Please let me know if you need more information. Thanks again, Ian

I'm not sure of this because i did do it before, but try to use folder redirection in Active Directory group policies and redirect Application Data to a central server. Outlook profiles are stored in application data, so this should work, however i'm not sure

Go into Edit for the OU Group Policey you want to add the Outlook policies to. Under the User Configuration, right click on Administrative Templates and select Add/Remove Templates. In the new window, click Add button. Templates for Outlook 2K will be OUTLK9, Outlook XP will be OUTLK10, and Outlook 2k3 will be OUTLK11.

Please now that not every setting will be available in the template. Good luck!
