 Configuring a Deciosn Data 6615 Printer – Unlock Key Sequence

I know this is an old printer, but I am trying to find out how to unlock the printer and change the configuration. I can't remember what is the key sequence is to unlock the printer. PLEASE HELP... Thanks - Bob
