If I'm understanding correctly, you want to forward port 6346 TCP/UDP to a certain computer in your network. To do that, go to the management interface for your router. The management interface should have a NAT option. In NAT, you should see port forwarding. Configure a new port forwarding rule to forward data from port 6346 to the IP address of the computer you want to use. Depending on the type of router you have, you may need to create two port forwarding rules one for TCP and the other for UDP.
