 Configure Cisco proxy to share Internet with branch offices

please help me how can i configure centerlize proxy server and share single internet connection between three different location offices users. I have only one internet connection in my Head Office and i want to share that internet conection over the other two remote office which are connected through private lease line. Please provide me solution as early as possible.. Thanks
