Configure 2 ISA servers for fault tolerence.

I want to setup ISA proxy server in HA mode. I have 2 ISA servers with different IP's. how to set this server to fault tolerence but not load balancing.Like if one server is down then only the traffic should go from other server. And also let me know how to configure Proxy Automatic configuration Script for 2 differnt IP's for fault tolerence. Please help. Thanks!!!!!
