 Configuration of Cisco router 871.

am new to this filed. am now working in one isp. here some customer request public ip ( for example subnet 255.255.255.252) . for internet connection .in wimax connection. its possible to configure both public and private ip both on lan interface . or i should create  nat pool, which will be best . router 871- i wan port and  4 - lan ports. which one best to configure . pls guide me mine mail sameer054@rediffmail.com...
