I suspect a company who is managing my business stealing or at least know private information which they are not supposed to do. Private memo and things. Is there a way for me to detect how they are doing it. Want to catch then red handed.

Bring in a security professional. Other than luck, there is no good answer that can be given. There are far too many variables, not to mention liabilities. And a public forum is certainly not the place for such an answer in any case. -- Tom

Don't do it yourself, seek legal counsel first and go from there.  may cost some money, but if the stealing of information is costing more, it might be worth it.
