 Conducting a qualitative interview…
Interviews are often used in research to gather high quality, long form qualitative feedback. In my experience, these interviews typically lasted between 10 and 30 minutes. But how long should they be? Is it better to conduct shorter interviews more often for the sake of respondent attention? How does an incentive play into this?
