 condensing duplicates in a view to one line
company name, duplicates, Names.nsf
I am using the contact form within the address book and want just the company names to display without duplicates

You can create a column whose duplicate values you want to retrict and then categorise the same by going to second tab of the column properties. This way you will be able to group all the similar documents....that is the only way u have...
