more information will be great like as below

    1) when  you put in the recovery disk what happens?
    2) is the hard disk still working / detected in bios?

More information is needed here.  What is the boot sequence from Bio's?  Is the harddrive still good and detected?  What happens when you try and boot from the recovery disks?  There are a number of likely possibilities here.  If the hard drive is still good, then it is possible that the boot sector on the hard drive is trashed.  You can transfer the system files from a known good boot disk.  If the boot sequence is wrong and the system is looking for the boot files in the wrong place, it will tell you that it cannot find the O/S and boot will fail.  If the hard drive has failed, then you are going to be out of luck, and you will have to start over from square one with a new hard drive.  And lastly, if the O/S is trashed you can try and use the Recovery Disks to repair the O/S, this may or may not work.  It is also possible that you have a computer virus on the system that is affecting the boot.  If it a virus on the system, then the harddrive will need to be taken out and placed into a system that is known to be good and then scanned to remove the virus.
