To get it into your computer use a scanner, digital camera or check out and see if the article is on line from the papers web site. Once you have the image the next question is..
Are you looking to be able to take the scanned image and edit it as a text file ? If so you will need some OCR software. There is a pretty good package we use here called PDF Converter. You can convert your image into to multiple editable formats.
