A hybrid cloud provides the benefit of both a public and private cloud.A community cloud provides the benefits of a public cloud in a multi tenant environment.  These benefits are usually specialized to the specific group.  For example: take a group of doctors providing a public cloud services.  This group may need to leveraged certain security principles to protect thier patient records, that most public cloud hosted solutions don’t nescessarily need.
