we are running four domain controllers all are windows server 2008 enterprise. we have a considerably big network with almost 20 vlans (eg 192.168.10.0,192.168.11.0,...192.168.49.0)we have made four different sites and have added subnets and servers to the sites according to their nearest availability. but the problem we are facing is that when our clients are trying to get communication with the domain controller, the reply is not coming from the server which is in the same site. all the time it is querying for differnt domain controllers which are in another site. as our servers are located at long distances connected through leased lines it is important for us to get all the clients in one location(site) must be communicating with the server in the same location if the server is available online. how can we achive this????? please help thanks
