Unfortunately if they are running different routing protocols then there would be no way for the two routers to talk and share Routes. You should be able to run two router protocols on a single router though. If you set up one router to use the same protocol as the second they would be able to share routes and still use the original routing protocol to share with other devices. If you don't do that the only way would be to add static routes to them which could get messy to keep up.

You can also set up one of two routers with both protocols and then re-distribute.
