I have one POP3 mailbox on internet, and I am downloading mail from common up mailbox form POP3 connector of Exchange Server 2003, My Internet POP3 mailbox sometime receives same mail many times to users that I mention in To address. Is there any way to block same mail to user from Exchange Server

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

this is a limitation of pop3. Pop3 isn’t very good with offline (downloaded) email. You should either delete the emails from the server when you’re done or use IMAP / Exchange MAPI (that keeps track of what and where you downloaded) for offline email use.

I've had the same problem with POP, without exchange in the mix. As Xanader said, it's a basic problem with POP3. It's up to the client to know that the message has already been downloaded, and if the client doesn't detect that the message is the same message it will redownload it.
