If you want to delete the commented lines you can use block delete (DD at the start and end of your block of lines).

If you wan to un-comment the lines that&#039;s a bit more tricky :-

You can exclude all the lines you don&#039;t want to change using XX to start and end blocks, then use F14 to find and replace A* with A, specify 3=non-excluded for records to search and N for allow data shift.  Press F5 to redisplay all the excluded lines after the change has been processed.
