Command is CPYTOPCD. You can also use CPYTOIMPF to copy to the IFS.

CPYTOPCD is theright way but you should have an entry in directory list

You're correct - you will need an entry in the "distribution directory", you can use the command ADDDIRE (Add directory entry) to add an entry for a user.
