Actually that would not be possible, no. The only option would be to create a sharepoint or public folder and have everyine enter their schedules on that, but of course that would create extra work for everyone and they have to remember to do it. My netadmin team keeps a team sharepoint calendar and we add out PTO and out of office times on it which is then checked by our manager to credit or debit our PTO time on our timesheets. But I would not want to enter everything on my schedule there.

There is a tool called outlook team calendar. It is a free download that allows sharing of calendar data. It was a useful tool when my organization was using it - we stopped after a restructuring made what we were trying to accomplish with it obsolete. The download is at http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=3DC677CC-1423-436A-B6F8-333CA9DF36E2&displaylang=en It seems to indicate that it doesn't work with newer versions of the Outlook client, but I've known that data to be incorrect in the past.... I remember there being some permission tweaks that needed to be done to each user to make it work, but it's worth a quick look to see if the tool suits your needs. -PG
