Combination of oracle 10g database with developer 2000 on Windows XP

sir, i was installed oracle database 10g with developber 2000 on windows xp. but after installing the both combination, i start development using developer 2000. I connect the oracle database table through wizard and then i was successful. but after loading the form & i used a push button and used trigger 'when button pressed'. i write a code for addig a number. The code is perfect, but when i compiled the programme, the oracle give a message that orainst sorry and then shut the programme. it is further added that the same code was written in oracle 7 database with developer 2000 under windwos 98 and the same successfully compiled. what i do please told me, i am so worry about this.what i do please told me, i am so worry about this.

The older Forms release that was certified to work with Oracle database 10g r1 is Developer 6i. If it is 10g r2 even developer 6i might not work correctly.

OTOH, when asking for help it is always recommended to post the complete and exact error messages (I guess the error message is not ‘orainst sorry’).
