Colors on certain displayed constants are getting reset

On the first display of a format colors are fine, but on subsequent refresh certain constants are getting reset to default color. How do I prevent this? +1'Typ' DSPATR(&@BLU) TIA

    ...but on subsuquent refresh...   Please define "refresh". What code when a "refresh" is done?   DSPATR(&@BLU)   What is "@ BLU"? How and when is its value set? What value(s) does it hold?   +1'Typ'   That tells us something about the constant itself. It's very possible that we need to see the definition of whatever the constant is "+1" from. You might test with "+2" to see the result. If it works differently, let us know.   Tom

    Is the color being conditioned based on an indicator status? On a "refresh" maybe that indicator status is being changed and the DSPATR for setting your color is no longer valid.
