I want to collect CPU usage reports on daily basis to be emailed. Also, I want the reports to be generated for the IDs that were logged in previous day, which has to be emailed. i.e, the reports of CPU utilization and user logon reports for the previous day to be emailed/FTPed. How can I acheive this? If anyone has any script for the same, kindly share.

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

What level of detail are you looking for? A very high level view of CPU usage by user could be obtained by reading the history log for CPF1164s. This message gives you the job name (which includes the job user profile) and the CPU usage.

Searching the i5/OS Information Center for CPF1164 will result in hits on this message in addition to other possible approaches (such as using job accounting). One hit is here.

I can collect the CPU usage(every 30 mins) using Graph history which would be manual. Can we automate that like sending those details to email on daily basis? Also is it possible to email the user logon status for previous day ?
