Cold Fusion and Data base application

Database, ColdFusion, Microsoft Access

I am in the process of developing and internet web site, and do not know cold fusion. I have a database in access that I want customers to be able to search. There will be three levels of search and I am using dreamweaver 8 for designing my web page Instead of coding every link into my html, I want to be able to search my data base when the customers selects the criteria. The customer will search the first criteria; that will then provide results, then the second criteria that will provide refined results, then the third tier that will go to the link. Can anyone tell me what the html should look like using cold fusion?
