If you are going to be the end user, then you should ask a developer to develop the application, and if you are the developer, then you should do some research and try to learn the basics on the programming language, and then try to develop the application.  There are many C# courses on the web.

Try to code it by yourself, and if you find &lt;b&gt;specific problems/doubts &lt;/b&gt;feel free to post them here.]]></description>
