My company uses 6400 printers to print reports with bar codes and boxes. Currently the code that is used is what is recommended by Printronix - IGP. This code is difficult to change and hard to read. There are over 100 6400 printers in operation and many different versions of firm ware as well as different print servers. We do not have the capacity to test each different version of printer in our home office. Every time we make a minor change to the report there is an issue. We are looking for a better way to code these reports, without having to buy new software. Does anyone have any suggestions?
