Am finally starting to move S/36 apps to native OS400! How do you use DDS to define repeating data, for example, a table in a file using the OCCURS clause ... 05 YTD-SALES OCCURS 12 TIMES PIC S9(8)V99 05 YTD-BUDGETS OCCURS 12 TIMES ... I suppose you could just define an area in DDS of X(120) and move that area to an area of Working-storage defined with an OCCURS clause, but that seems silly.

The best solution would be to code the repeating area as a subfile in the DDS and do the subsequent code changes in order to handle the data in the program
