If you do not have her listed as a delegate, then someone on your invites does, If you send a meeting invite to person B, and they have your co-worker listed as a delegate, then your co-worker will get all invites person B gets from you. I discourage delegation unless someone truly needs another person to manage their calendar for them. They should remove the delegate and assign permissions to the calendar alone instead.
