Does anyone know of a good place to find people with C#.net experience besides the big job boards? We have several positions in the Financial/Trading industry in Chicago but we are having a hard time finding enough people with this skill set. Any Blogs, User Groups or Niche Sites you can recommend? Please forward on if you know any C# Gurus or know any niche websites. We are offering BULLS TICKETS (or cash) for referrals!

Thanks!
Colleen

Hi Colleen.

I'm President of GLUGnet.org, the Lansing MI area user group for .Net. We have over 350 developers on our email list that covers essentially the entire central Michigan area.

Since the Michigan economy is struggling and jobs are tight, you should get a strong response to a posting at our job website, jobcoin.glugnet.org.

All position listed there are emailed to our full membership on a biweekly basis.

Please feel free to take advantage of this resource and good luck on your search.

You can also register on websites such as LinkedIn.com where developers have their resume online and post your offer.
