Cluttered view of Lotus Notes Message screen when draft opened for editing

Software/Hardware used:
Lotus Notes 8.0 on Windows XP
I am doing customization of Lotus Notes client to accumulate CRM related functionality. I have added one Hotspot button on Message scrren so that user can invoke CRM functions while composing mail/editing/replying etc.
Hotspot button is to be displayed above TO, CC boxes and below advanced Mail options(These oprions are availablle Lotus Notes v8.0 onwards). Changes are in "DeloptionSubform" subform. Everything works fine, but whenever user tries to open draft mail using double clicking it, body overlaps the TO, CC boxes. There is also other way to edit draft, such as Edit toolbar button, bahavior is noted only when draft opened using double clicking it, using Edit button does not simulate the issue.
I tried adding RefreshFormula code in Message form's postopen event. But it does not help.
Any help/suggestion is much appreciated.
