No. Microsoft SQL Server does not support Active/Active clustering of SQL Server.
Clustering in Windows in an High availability solution only. It is not designed for spreading the load across more than one server.
There are some techniques which can be used to do this, however they are very advanced.
I talk about these techniques on my blog starting with the "<a href="http://itknowledgeexchange.techtarget.com/sql-server/scaling-the-database-out-not-up/">Scaling the database out, not up</a>" post. I'm write in the middle of publishing all the posts currently. You'll find all of them under the <a href="http://itknowledgeexchange.techtarget.com/sql-server/tag/federated-database/">Federated Database</a> tag on my blog.
