what are the services will involve while moving resources from one node to another. If fails in moving resorces how we can trouble shoot it. Any links can help for this.

exampmle - If any sql resources fails while moving.

Resources which are clustered are managed by the cluster service. That's the only extra piece to look at. What's the problem that you are having while failing over?
