How do I close a PO that has not been completely received?

Hi There,
If you go into the PO via ME21N and select the item detail and the delivery tab you can complete the PO by setting the delivery complete flag.

The proper Transaction is ME23N (Display Purchase Order) not ME21N. ME21N is Create Purchase Order. Remember, you must be in Edit Mode to check off "Delivery Complete" on the Delivery Tab in Item Detail.

Dear Friends,
How to close the PO. ie, for example,
PO No. 45XXXXXXXX.
In first line item PO qty is 1000 Nos. But received only 950 Nos.Remaining 50 Nos will not come. In our report 50 Nos is showing as Open.
How to close the PO without changing the PO qty to 950 Nos.
I tried to tick in Deliv. Completed in Delivery Tab. But still it is showing in ME2L & ME2M report as still to be deivered.
I have checked with T code ME23N as well it is still allow to do a GR against the PO.
Kindly help me in this matter. It is very urgent. I want to close pending Open POs.
