Hi,

I guess Ctrl-P was already taken for Print.... but there must have been better options than Ctrl-V - how about Ctrl-I for insert?

If you think back - ALt-E, C and ALt-E, P are the original 'standards' which Mickeysoft have altered to Ctr-v and Ctr-C

Anyone but MS would have used Ctr-P for 'paste' - why the heck did they invent 'v' ? just because it's next to C on the keyboard??

Anyway - if you want pastes of screens use ALt-E, A Alt-E,c to get all the screen into the PC notepad, then Ctrl-V to paste, and you get a nice character view of your screen - if you set up a macro in Openoffice, Wordperfect - or Word, iif you must, then it sets the font to courier at 9 point, puts a box around the inseet, and shades the background to 5% grey - r whatever colour.

Saves about a gazillion bytes of MS bitmap, and is highly readable to boot.
