 Client Access Upgrade v5r3 - v5r4 XLS and Printer file issues
iSeries Access, V5R3, V5R4, Client Access
We are upgrading OS to V5R4 from V5R3. We are leaving Client Access (iseries access) at present level of V5R3. Can anyone clarify expectations or issues that may be encountered. Was told XLS a little different; and may some print file issues.

I have been on V5R4 for 2 years. Clients are mixed about 1/2 and 1/2, V5R3 and V5R4. I haven't noticed any difference.

Have you read the README documents for iseries access for V5R4? They should have all the information you need if there is anything related to XLS. But I agree with GrayBear52 I haven’t seen any problems with iseries access v5r4 and XLS documents.
