

I also have the same issue. I am also using Access for Windows V5R3. Personal Communications is 5.7. I am not on the latest Service Pack however. I am on SI10817. I was hoping that going to the latest service pack would fix this but evidently not.
This is not an issue with the Page Setup values either. This only became an issue after upgrading from OS/400 V5R2 and iSeries Access V5R2.


Is the printer printing correctly from the Windows environment? The CA print screen function uses the Windows default printer.
Yes, I can print from the Windows environment fine.
