Client Access Express Version 5.0 Timeout

We have installed Client Access Express Version 5.0 on several new Windows XP PCs. After a period of inactivity, the sessions disconnect. I have not been able to determine where to change that feature so it never disconnects unless done manually. I checked system value QINACTITV and it is set to *NONE. Any insight would be appreciated!

Do you have the latest service packs installed on your AS400 and the PC’s? In the past these have resolved some very bizarre intermittant issues on our machines.
