		<description><![CDATA[What you can try is to load Chinese on the PC that you&#039;re downloading to.&#160; I have&#160;Chinese (PRC) on my laptop and when I import data into Excel the DBCS characters are correct.&#160; You can just download and install from Microsoft.&#160; I don&#039;t use CA for retrieving the file so can&#039;t tell you if this would help.
