Client Access Application Error

Signed on to Iseries V6Ri with Client Access version 5.9 for Windows, received the follewing application error: Faulting application pcscm.exe version 5090.2.8121.38 faulting module pcstlnet.dll, version 5090.3.8263.679, fault address 0x0000720c, not sure what it is and how to fix.

Software/Hardware used:
8203-E4A 520 V6R1

    Please provide some environment info. Through your Start-> Programs menu, open your System i Access Properties and report your Service level here. Also, what version of Windows are you running and what fix level is it at? Tom

    Interesting combination... See APAR#: SE39590 for similar info. That APAR leads to PTF#: SI35607 which was released for release 6.1 5761XE1 even though the APAR calls out V5R4 of iSeries Access. In any case, I suggest IBM i Access Service Pack SI35607. It looks like the PTF over the XP SP3 problem should be in there. Tom
