Citrix question, unable to launch .ICA file

When launching Citrix, I am not able to launch a .ICA session. Specifically this is on the specialist profile. There are certain applications that I need to be able to access which are only on the adviser profile. I can get into the .RDP file fine for the knowledge worker. But, unsuccessful getting into the specialist profile.
