 Cisco Voice
Hi Reader: I am presently attending a CCNA class in Canada. And I am a bit confused as to how I need to pursue the line of CISCO Voice and what would be my pre-requisite courses/modules I need to take after completion of CCNA. Could you advise what is my best option to pursue, should I take next - CCNP 2 Modules for routing and switching, and then move over to CCVP. Or, should I take CCNA Voice and then move into CCVP. Could you please advise. Thank you and kind regards.

Answer Wiki:
I'd say CCNA voice and then CCVP. The BCMSN and BSCI are definitely relevant to day to day voice installs/maintenance so I wouldn't just forget about them but if your day to day responsibilities are going to be centered around the phones/CME/CUCM etc, then this is the direction to go in. This is simply my humble opinion.
