Hello, I am new to this call manager. Is there any way to get help for Cisco Unity Express Voice Mail/Auto Attendant I have problem when I call office connecting to Cisco Unity Express Voice Mail/Auto Attendant playing welcome greeting during this time if enter extension number it’s not recognizing after finish greeting its asking inter number, caller have to wait until welcome greeting has to finish.
Its there any way welcome greeting accept number what caller dial? Or how to edit script or where I can download sample of scripts?
