 Cisco UC520 integration with Nortel PBX
Cisco UC520, IP telephony, Nortel PBX, SIP, Unified Communications
We have one site having Cisco UC520 for IP telephony and another site we have nortel PBX. So is it possible to integrate both ? if yes then how and which features will work and which will not work ?? It would be great if someone help me out for the same.

Yes, it is possible to integrate both. One method is to connect the two via SIP or h323 depending on supported protocols. You will need to review dial-plans between the sites. You will be able to dial between the sites and transfer calls, but they will essentially remain 2 separate systems.
